Initial attraction
I heard about the Internship opportunities with MDLZ through an email bulletin at Coventry University, and thought it would be a really good opportunity to explore the function and gain experience in a global business.
I’ve noticed since starting that there is a really good amount of freedom; that has to be one of the best things about being part of Mondelez International. There are a lot of opportunities to explore different avenues, and really develop your skills. Since joining, I have been involved in our Cocoa Life project, creating a database of all of our Fairtrade Cocoa farmers, many of whom are based in Ghana and the Cote D’Ivoire. My team partners with the farmers remotely to plot the farms, monitor our impact on the environment, and provide the information that helps allow our business to determine the best environments to grow our much needed cocoa beans!
On top of this, I help produce reports and visual for our Sales team, providing insights on what they’re selling, which are the most popular promotions. This information is vital to making decisions about our Sales strategy.
