Mondelēz China has established powerful manufacturing plants in Suzhou, Beijing, and Guangzhou, around 40 sales offices across the country, as well as the global biscuits Research, Development, Quality & Innovation center in Suzhou.

Doing the right thing

Launched in 2014, Mondelēz Hope Kitchen aims to promote healthy lifestyles to young rural students through nutrition education, delicious veggie gardens and active play. Thanks to the joint efforts of businesses, social organizations, health experts and the government, the program is now live in 50 pilot schools, benefiting 110 schools and 115,000 students.

We also have an annual volunteer ‘Joy Month’. Volunteers seek to boost children’s sense of happiness and their consciousness of health by combining education with interactive entertainment.

Our head office in Shanghai houses a range of functions.

Here we offer opportunities to work in areas such as Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), Corporate and Government Affairs, and Procurement.

If you work in our Shanghai sales office, you’ll be servicing our customers in east China

Suzhou is one of our nine global Research, Development, Quality & Innovation (RDQI) Technical Centers.

This focuses on China and Biscuits, and you’ll have exposure to state-of-the-art pilot lines and consumer tasting labs, plus advanced product designs and food quality control technologies which allow us to launch innovative products to consumers.

Alternatively, you could work in one of two manufacturing plants in Suzhou: our East Plant makes our biscuits and chocolate products, while our West Plant specializes in biscuits.

If you join our manufacturing plant in Beijing, you’ll be helping to make our delicious biscuits and confectionery products.

In our Beijing sales office, you’ll be servicing our customers in north China.

In our Chengdu sales office, you’ll be servicing our customers in west China.

At our Guangzhou manufacturing plant, you’ll be helping to make our delicious confectionery products.

If you work in the Guangzhou sales office you’ll be servicing our customers in south China.
