internship/ traineeship

Want to get a taste of what the commercial world is all about? Then sink your teeth into a Mondelēz International internship. We’ll make you an integral part of our team, giving you a real job – with real responsibilities – from day one.

We want to make sure you get the most from your time with us. That’s why once you join we’ll work out ambitious goals for you. Then through the support of a buddy and regular reviews with your manager, we’ll help you achieve them.

It’ll be quite a challenge. After all, we’re a global company working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment. But if all goes well, you could be offered a graduate role.

Within Europe, we offer internships/traineeships across all of our business areas lasting between 3 & 12 months depending on the country and business area. We offer to students on all relevant degree courses or to graduates who may not have completed an internship as part of their degree.

We’ve been offering apprenticeships across Europe for many years now with 119 new employees joining the programs across Europe in 2014. So we know how to bring out your best and help you thrive within a fast-paced, global business.

We currently offer a variety of apprenticeships across Europe in Czech Republic, France, Germany, Portugal and the UK varying in length from 2 to 4 years. Whichever one you do, you’ll become part of a supportive team who’ll share their knowledge and expertise with you and help you develop skills and knowledge on the job. In some cases we run our programs in collaboration with a local college or university, where you will work towards a nationally recognized qualification. Before you know it you’ll be a highly-skilled professional with a bright future ahead of you.
