On the 18th May, over 900 Procurement executives gathered in London for the function's most celebrated annual awards ceremony, the World Procurement Awards. Our exceptional Procurement team was incredibly proud to be shortlisted in 4 categories – Best Team, Best Transformation, Best External Collaboration and Best Cross-Functional Collaboration – and were blown away when our Procurement Transformation won the "Highly Commended" award for Best Transformation!
The results we are delivering together are outstanding and to have this recognized externally is tremendous. We all realize that our transformation isn't easy, and at times can be downright painful, so this recognition also serves to remind us that we are on the right path and doing the right things – and we're now recognized throughout the world for our incredible efforts and results!
